Requirements

To rent a vehicle, it is mandatory to have Vehicle Damage and Theft (CDW-TP) coverage and protection against damage to third parties (TPL)

Both can be purchased at the counter when picking up the vehicle.

  • Be at least 25 years old (an Underage fee will apply from 21 to 24 years old)
  • Passport
  • Driver's License up to date and at least 1 year after it was issued
  • Credit card

Only a person with a daily driver's license over or equal to 21 years of age can rent the vehicle. Between 21 and 25, an underage fee applies, which is US$10 per day.

You can return the vehicle to any of our offices for an additional fee. If you want to return the vehicle elsewhere, contact us to check if it's possible and to give you the corresponding amount.

No, tolls must be paid directly by the driver in cash.

You must call the assistance service or contact the agency where you rented the vehicle.

An additional charge will be made for the replacement of these.
